It’s been a while since I’ve shared an update, and honestly, the pause feels right. The end of 2025 was a season of quiet growth — the kind that happens behind the scenes, in the long days of creating, learning, and dreaming about what could be next. As I look back, I’m filled with gratitude for everything that season taught me.
Now, stepping into 2026, I can already feel the shift. This year didn’t ease in gently — it arrived with momentum, opportunity, and a clear reminder that stepping outside your comfort zone is where transformation begins.
One of the brightest highlights so far was hosting our first-ever Girls Night Out Event, where guests created Everlasting Floral Arrangements and created a candle at the Candle Bar. The room was filled with laughter, creativity, and connection — a reminder of why I love building experiences that bring people together.

Community builds experiences & because of the support and the encouragement (maybe a few nudges), on April 1, 2026, our product landed in our first store in Middle River, MN. If it wasn't for the nudge, I don't know how long it would have taken me with the courage to step out of my comfort zone. Not too long after and choosing to look on the other side of fear, The Kindled Seed Mercantile products are now carried in three local stores across the surrounding communities: Middle River, Thief River Falls, and hometown Karlstad all in Minnesota!
Seeing my work on shelves, out in the surrounding communities, ready to be discovered has been one of the most meaningful moments of this journey. And through it all, I am so thankful for everyone’s support and for believing in me. Your encouragement fuels every step forward.

People often ask how I do it. The truth is, it’s not about the how. It’s about the why — and the who I do it for.
Creating is my outlet to decompress, to breathe, to reset. It’s my way of connecting with others and sharing something meaningful, something made with intention and heart. Every candle, every soap, every whipped tallow, every everlasting floral piece carries a little piece of that purpose.
Because of my why, I feel incredibly fortunate to continue working in a profession I’m passionate about, one that stretches me, challenges me, and keeps me learning every single day. The continuous growth in this field has shaped me in ways that directly influence how I show up in my business and in my community. Balancing both worlds has been a gift. Each one fuels the other. Each one teaches me something new.
As I look ahead, I’m excited for what this year and the years beyond will bring. More growth. More courage. More connection. More opportunities to create, to serve, and to share what I love with all of you.
Here’s to stepping boldly into what’s next, with gratitude leading the way.
Everything you have ever wanted is on the other side of fear. - George Addair
