Return Policy

We want you to love every item you receive from The Kindled Seed Mercantile. While we understand that preferences may shift, we also prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers. Due to the nature of our handcrafted, personal care products, we do not accept returns for reasons of cleanliness and sanitation.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at andrena.andersen@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., soaps, grooming goods, beauty products)
  • Seasonal Items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
