Processing Times

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During seasonal launches or festival prep, processing may take a bit longer. We’ll keep you updated via email or social media if there are any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at andrena.andersen@gmail.com.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.

Local Pickup

Live nearby? We offer free local pickup in Karlstad, MN.
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.

Packaging & Sustainability

We use recyclable, minimal packaging whenever possible.
Glass and delicate items are wrapped with extra care to ensure safe delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please email us at andrena.andersen@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Festival Orders & Preorders

During events or seasonal launches, shipping may take a few extra days due to high demand.

Preorders will ship on the date listed in the product description.
